Thermocouple replaced on propane stove. Appt was made for same-day service. The technician was going to be early and called to ask if it was ok. It worked for me and the job was completed and paid for and the fireplace is working again as backup heat. The technician was considerate.

Top-notch service!! The motor for the fan on our heat pump went out on the 4th, called mid-day on the 5th, technician here on the 6th. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly and displayed a level of customer service that deserves to be recognized. He had to make a second trip out this afternoon due to an issue that was 100% on a parts supplier. Due to that technician’s dedication, this company has gained a life long customer.
