I’ve used CWH a few times for service calls. This one I called at 8 am and they had a technician out by 10. It took him about 10min to diagnose the issue. Part replaced and system back up to running condition. Top-tier service.

The dispatch folks responded quickly to my call and had technician David call me in short order, to diagnose the problem. David arrived at the service call appt time on a sub-zero Sunday and quickly pinpointed the faulty part and got the heat back on. I highly recommend this terrific team and service.

Central Washington Heating and Air was a breeze to work with. They were very responsive and had a very detailed plan and quote delivered to me in no time. After I approved the order and the parts came in they promptly sent a crew over for the installation. My wife and I were out of town at the time so we arrived home to a new furnace and a clean home that showed no signs of the work they carried out. Very responsive from the minute we submitted an inquiry on their website. We received a phone call the next day and the day after a site visit was completed. This was followed by a written estimate. The wait for materials/ equipment was about a week and was followed by a call to schedule our installation. On the day of installation, the crew arrived on time and totally prepared. Everything went in quickly and as planned. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process from start to finish and with our new system!
